The BLOBbox

The BLOBbox represents the ability to harness all of the content available on the web, without any filtering or pre-selection by a third party – just like surfing the web.

For developers like you, it means the ability to reach viewers via the Internet directly on TV, without them having to connect a PC. However, similar to the PC, it works “over-the-top” and follows the proven footsteps of the Internet model.

• Miro: accesses their open directory with more than 5000 podcasts in all languages.
• Vcast: enables Internet PVR for program recording scheduling via TV or PC.
